The Urban Combat Women’s Self Defense seminar is a 2 hour reality based crash course in both the physical and psychological response to violence. The focus is on basic awareness skills, boundary setting strategies and instinctive combative techniques that function under adrenaline stress. A key element of our training is teaching women how to function during a sudden and violent attack. We do this via scenario training designed to inoculate students to the effects of fear, and through anaerobic drills that simulate the physical stress of combat.
This seminar is perfect for teens how are starting to become more independent. As well as young women who are heading off to college and anyone else who just wants some piece of mind.
If you would like to schedule a seminar for your group please contact us! We can host a seminar at a time that is convenient for you. We only ask that you have group of six of more participant.
